Privacy notice
Last updated 14 October 2026
There is very little to say here, which is the point. The site has no accounts, no advertising, and no cookies. It counts visits without identifying anyone. The only personal data it stores on purpose is an email address you type into the waitlist form yourself.
Who is responsible
George Kotev, a private individual who runs Fairvalue Radar.
Contact: privacy@fairvalueradar.com
A full postal address, and a company name if one is set up, will be published here before any paid service starts.
What is collected
- Your email address, only if you submit the waitlist form, together with the time you signed up and the daily code described below. Nothing else is asked for. Two random one-time codes are stored with it: one is the link that confirms the address is really yours, the other is the link that deletes it. They identify a row in our table and nothing about you.
- Visit counts, through Cloudflare Web Analytics: which page was opened, where the visit came from, the country, the browser and device type, and how fast the page loaded. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not follow you from one site to another. We see totals, not people.
- A daily throwaway code for abuse control. When you join the waitlist or use the SEC lookup in the DCF calculator, a shortened hash of your IP address, mixed with that day’s date, is stored so that one address cannot flood the form or the lookup. Because the date changes the result every day, it cannot be matched to you afterwards. The IP address itself is never stored.
- Ordinary server logs kept by the hosting provider — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser string. These are generated by the act of loading any web page and are not linked to anything else.
What is not collected
- No cookies are set by this site, so there is no cookie banner and nothing to consent to.
- No tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no session recording, no cross-site tracking.
- The DCF calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type are never transmitted and are gone when you close the tab. If you use the SEC lookup, only the company you picked is sent, so that the filing data can be fetched.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making about you.
Why, and on what legal basis
The email address is used to send you two messages: one when the scored product becomes available, and one if the plan changes materially. Nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form and then confirming it from the link we email you. Until that link is used, nothing is sent to the address except the single request to confirm it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Visit counts, the daily abuse-control code and server logs exist to see whether the site is useful, to keep it running and to protect it from abuse, on the basis of legitimate interest.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Cloudflare: Pages hosts it and processes the server logs, D1 stores the waitlist, and Web Analytics produces the visit counts.
Email is sent through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which receives your address and the message in order to deliver it. That is the only reason it has your address, and it is the only other company involved. Resend is in the United States and processes the data under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Both act on our behalf and on our instructions. Nobody else receives your data. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and it is not used to train anything.
How long it is kept
An address that is never confirmed is deleted within 30 days of signing up, because an unconfirmed address is not consent. A confirmed address is kept until the launch messages have been sent, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, and is deleted within 30 days after that. Visit counts and server logs are kept for Cloudflare’s standard retention period and are not archived by us. A daily abuse-control code stays with the record it belongs to, but after its day ends it no longer points to anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to its use, or ask for it in a portable format. Write to privacy@fairvalueradar.com and it will be handled within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Unsubscribing
Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and also the header that puts an unsubscribe button in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Either one deletes the address outright. We do not keep a suppression list, because a list of people who left is still a list of email addresses.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that affects what happens to data already collected, everyone on the list gets told before the change takes effect.
